Space Marine Captian vs Captain Sicarius

I'm looking to start an Ultramarine army and am trying to decide what HQ to take. I'm planning on doing a force from the Ultramarines 3rd Company so a Captain makes sense, but should I use the rules for Sicarius in a "counts as" manner or just use a normal Space Marine Captain. I'm planning on taking a Command Squad in a Razorback to give them some cover/mobility either way.

Thoughts and opinions welcome. :D

what is the main difference between them. I'm afraid i don't know the rules for sicarius.

Sicarius has Artificer armour, Feel No Pain, a rule to use his leadership for the whole army, one for better reserve rolls, a fixed trait for Furious Charge and a power weapon where he can make one attack only but at +2 str and with instant death.

So he seems quite nice really, but I am going from the last SM codex so I guess some of that may have changed. :?

Based on his exploits last night (killing a Dark Angels captain, and going toe to toe with a Dreadnought for 3 turns) I think its safe to say he's quite good!! :ugeek:
